How to create additional fields to appear when adding a new post

Overview
Learn how to add EXTRA FIELDS to get additional delivery details to match your business’ delivery needs in Deliveries PH.

Add Field
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Meta Configuration.
3. Choose a Field Type (String, List, Dropdown).
4. Enter a Key.
Definition:a.) Key - Code to be entered when removing a field in Meta Configuration. Know how it works here.
5. Enter a Placeholder.
Definition:a.) Placeholder - This will serve as the “title” of the Meta Field.
6. Enter a Sample Value.
Definition:
a.) Sample Value - Easily guides the customer on what format type to enter.
Optional Step: Field Required feature
Click Field Required to make the field a requirement when adding a new post. This means that when a user adds a post, they are REQUIRED to enter detail/s to this field.
7. Click Add New Field.
Edit Field
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Meta Configuration.
3. Go to the Fields section (Meta Configuration box).
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Make the
necessary
changes.
6. Click Update Field.
7. Click Confirm.
Delete Field
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Meta Configuration.
3. Go to the Fields section (Meta Configuration box).
4. Click the Delete button.
5. Type the key.
6. Click Confirm.
