How do I add a new post?

Manual Post Creation

Manually adding posts is useful for Deliveries PH Business accounts. This is helpful when only adding only few posts. Otherwise, importing posts by bulk should be the way. Take note that adding posts is only applicable in the My Posts page.

Add a New Post

To Add a New Post:

1.      Click Add New Post in your My Posts page.

Schedule Post (Step 1)

2.      Select the Type of Post you want to create (On-Demand or Scheduled).

3.      Click Next Step.

Pickup Details (Step 2)

4.     Fill-out the required fields in the Customer Details, Location Details, and Post Details sections. 

5.      Click Next Step.

Note: Use Last Profile - Will fill-out the Pick-up details based on the last applied profile in the Auto-fill Pick-up Details.

Delivery Details (Step 3)

6.      Fill-out the required fields in the Customer Details, Location Details, Pricing Details, and Post Details sections.

7.      Click Next Step.

Note: Use Last Profile - Will fill-out the Delivery details based on the last applied profile in the Auto-fill Delivery Details.

Select Courier (Step 4)

8.      Select a Courier to fulfill the post.

9.      Click Next Step.

Additional Information (Step 5)

10.      Fill-out the field/s in the Additional Information section.

11.      Click Next Step.

Note: Additional Information - This only applies when you have selected a preferred partner (Select Courier-Step 4) with Meta Fields placed on their Deliveries PH account.

Summary

If your preferred courier have NO Meta Fields setup, the Additional Information section will automatically be skipped and you will be directed to the Summary section.

12.      Review the post details. Click Save.

Once the post has been successfully saved, you will be redirected to the My Post page, along with the post you created. 

Note: The post will appear on the My Post page based on your default viewing filter. Adjust the viewing filter accordingly based on the post's Expected Pick-up Date, and Status.
