HTTP Post Trigger
Overview
Learn how to SETUP HTTP POST TRIGGERS to get updates from your Deliveries PH
account, to your connected Third-Party app.

Setup Trigger
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Triggers.
Note: The My Posts tab is the default
tab upon opening the Triggers page.
3. Click Add New Trigger.
4. Choose HTTP Post as the Trigger Type.
Note: Customer Notification Trigger is the default trigger.
Definitions:
a.) Trigger Type - The notification type—either Customer Notification Trigger or
HTTP Post.
b.) Trigger Title - Any title you want to name the trigger. It will appear in the
Title column upon creation.
5. Enter a Trigger Title.
6. Choose a Trigger Upon & Depends Upon status.
Definition:
a.) Notify Upon - Statuses refer to the post status on when will the trigger be
sent to the the API.
7. Enter the Expiration (mins).
Definition:
a.) Expiration - How many MINUTES until the Trigger will expire.
8. Enter or choose a Tag.
Note: Tags are connected to tags of posts. Chosen tag/s means the trigger will only apply to
particular posts with those tag/s.
Example: Tag “FOODS” is chosen and a notification will be sent. Posts with only “FOODS” as
their tag will have notification trigger sent to the customers.
Optional Step: Enable Retry function
Definition:
a.) Enable Retry - If enabled, sending of system’s status to your system will retry after x minutes
(based on the Expiration minutes). If x number of retries still fails, it will stop.
9. Choose a Field and Token.
Definitions:
a.) Field - Refers to post’s details.
b.) Token - Corresponding label/code of the chosen Field. This can be copy-pasted
to the Body section later. Corresponding post detail of the customer’s order will be
generated based on the Token pasted.
10. Activate or disable the PSGC Address Format (toggle).
Definition:
a.) PSGC Address Format - Turns the Address format to PSGC Address
formatting.
(Ex. Standard - Imus City, PSGC Format - City of Imus)
Optional Step: Pre-request function
Definition:
a.) Pre-request - If enabled, Deliveries PH will send a request access to your system's API.
11. Enter the endpoint URL.
12. Place the request Body.
13. Click Add.
Edit Trigger
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Triggers.
Note: The My Posts tab is the default tab upon opening the Triggers page.
3. Choose an EXISTING HTTP Post Trigger (Trigger Type column > HTTP).
4. Click the Edit button (Action column).
5. Make the necessary changes.
6. Click Save.
Delete Trigger
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Triggers.
Note: The My Posts tab is the default tab upon opening the Triggers page.
3. Choose an EXISTING HTTP Post Trigger (Trigger Type column > HTTP).
4. Click the Delete button (Action column).
5. Click Confirm.
Activate/Disable Trigger
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Triggers.
Note: The My Posts tab is the default tab upon opening the Triggers page.
3. Locate the Active column.
4. Turn on or off the toggle. ON - Activate the Trigger, OFF - Disable the Trigger
Arrange Trigger List Order
Section Note: This part only applies if triggers with the same Notify Upon status are created.
1. In the Triggers (My Posts) page, locate the
List column (beside the Active column).
2. Drag and move the List button to the desired location.
