Importing multiple posts in one go is useful for Deliveries PH Business accounts. There are two (2) ways on Importing Posts: (a) On-Demand Import, and (b) Scheduled Import.
Importing Posts (My Posts)
To Import Posts to your My Posts page:
1.In the My Posts page, choose a Hub in the Hubs Filter.
2. Click
the Import button located beside the Add New Post button in the All Jobs page.
Importing Job Posts (On-Demand)
To Import Job Posts as On-Demand Service Type:
3. Click Select Service.
4. Click On-Demand.
5. Select Preferred Partner.
6.Click Import as Draft.
Note: The "Preferred Partner" button will now change to "Draft".
7. Click Download Template.
8.Click the Downloaded file.
9. Click Enable Editing.
10. Select all of the cells(CTRL + A).
11. Change
the Format Setup from General to Text.
12.Fill-out the required fields,
then click Save.
Note:Required fields will have an Asterisk ( * ) in their Column Titles(sample image below).
13.Go back to your browser then click
the Upload button.
Your uploaded Import File can have the following statuses:
A. Done - All your posts are imported as draft.
B. Partial - Some of your posts have an error importing. Re-download the import file and make necessary changes to the errors.
C. Failed - All imported posts have an error. Re-download the file and change the error details.
Note: The posts will appear in the My Posts page based on your default viewing filter. Adjust the viewing filter accordingly based on the post's Expected Pick-up Date and Status.
If in case the file failed to upload all jobs, you can download again (Error Button) the file to check if you have missed out any required fields and follow again steps 7-16.
