How to automate booking attempt cycles in Deliveries PH

Learn how to SETUP AUTO-REATTEMPT to automate your courier booking system in Deliveries PH.

Setup Cycle
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Courier Management.
3. The Auto-Reattempt tab is the default tab to appear.
4. Click Add New Cycle.
Note: Up to TWO (2) CYCLES ONLY can be added.
5. Choose a Provider for a Cycle.
Note: Only FOUR (4) PROVIDERS can be added per cycle.
Note: Remove a provider in a cycle by clicking the Trash icon.
6. Click Add Provider.
7. Check and choose the minutes of your Duration per sequence.
Duration per sequence:
Refers to how many minutes would it take for the system to try booking the next provider in your cycle.
Note: For the FIRST CYCLE: THREE (3) MINUTES is the MINIMUM DURATION while TWENTY (20) MINUTES is the MAXIMUM.
Note: For every added cycle, the DURATION PER SEQUENCE will have an additional +2 MINUTES.
(Ex. 3 minutes for Cycle 1, Cycle 2 will be 5 minutes, and so on…)
8. Click Save.
Bonus Feature
Click Clear All to clear the Auto-Reattempt details.
Remove Cycle
Click the “X” on a Cycle card to remove it.
