Learn how to SETUP BROADCAST ON-DEMAND CYCLE to automate your courier booking system in Deliveries PH.

Setup Broadcast Cycle
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Courier Management.
3. Click Broadcast On-Demand.
4. Click Add New Cycle.
Note: Only TWO (2) CYCLES can be added.
5. Choose a Provider.
Note: Only FOUR (4) PROVIDERS can be added per cycle.
Note: Click the ‘Trash’ icon to remove a provider.
Optional Step: Enter the minutes in the ‘timer box’ (see image below). Minutes entered indicates how many minutes the request will go to the next provider in your cycle.
Example: If the 1st provider has 3 minutes, then the system will send the request to the 2nd provider after 3 minutes.
6. Enter the minutes in the ‘Cancel if no rider after’ box.
Note: There is NO minimum or maximum minutes.
7. Click Save.
Bonus Feature
Click Clear All to clear the Broadcast On-Demand details.
Remove Cycle
Click the “X” on a Cycle card to remove it.
