How do I cancel a booking?

Cancel Button for Providers

Important Note: This module is for PROVIDERS only.

CANCEL button is now available for ON-DEMAND providers and only in the MY OPPORTUNITIES page.

Know more about this on our Release Note about the 'Cancel' button here.

Cancel Opportunity

1.      Click the My Opportunities icon.

2.      Click the opportunity to be cancelled.

3.      Click Cancel.

4.      Click Confirm.
