Products
Overview
Learn how to SETUP PRODUCTS on your Deliveries PH account.Setup Products
1. Click the Settings icon on the sidebar.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. The Products tab is the default page to appear.
4. Enter the product details that is/are available on your business.
a. Product Name - Your product’s name.
b. Product Size - Products will be divided into Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large.
c. Dimension - LxWxH (inches)
d. Max Weight - Enter the maximum weight accepted for a particular size.
e. Description - Enter additional product information that can be helpful for customers.
5. Click Save Changes.
Coverage and Rates
Overview
Learn how to SETUP YOUR SERVICEABLE AREAS and AREA RATES, on your Deliveries PH account.
Add New Coverage and Rates
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Coverage and Rates.
4. Pickup/Delivery regions will appear in rows and columns.
Note: Pickup Areas are in the LEFTMOST COLUMNS, while Delivery Areas are in the TOPMOST ROWS.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter the Estimated Pickup and Delivery (Days) (Pickup and Delivery section).
7. Enter the price of the related product/s (Products and Pricing section).
8. Click Save.
Update Coverage and Rates
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Coverage and Rates.
4. Click the cell with an existing data.
5. Click Edit.
6. Make necessary changes.
7. Click Save.
Remove Coverage and Rates
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Coverage and Rates.
4. Click the cell with an existing data.
5. Click Delete.
6. Click Confirm.
Exclusions
Overview
Learn how to SETUP YOUR NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS, on your Deliveries PH account.
Set Excluded Areas
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Exclusions.
4. Look and click for the Region, Province, City, or Barangay to be excluded.
Note: You can choose if it can be excluded as Pickup, Delivery, or BOTH.
Note: You can use the Search bars to easily view the area.
5. Click Save Changes.
View Exclusions Summary
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Exclusions.
4. Click the Exclusion Summary logo ( “ ! “ ).
5. The Pickup and Delivery Area exclusions can be viewed.
Own Packaging Computation
Overview
Learn how to setup your own packaging prices and how the Deliveries PH system computes it.
Set Own Packaging Rate
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
3. Click Own Packaging Computation.
4. Enter your rates.
5. Click Save.
Note: Own Packaging Computation rate will appear in ‘Own Pack’ section of Step 4 (Select Courier - Add New Post). See sample image below.
