Completed Posts
Overview

Learn how to view and export completed posts in Deliveries PH.

View Completed Posts
1. Click the Reports icon on the sidebar.
2. The Completed Posts page is the default page upon clicking the Reports icon.

Note: If you are coming from a different page in the Reports page, click the Reports filter, then click Completed Posts.
3. Different post details can be viewed thru columns.
4. Post’s history can be viewed by clicking the Eye icon under the Post column.

Exporting Completed Posts
1. Click the CSV button in the Completed Posts page (Download File).
2. Review the following report filters before exporting (Store ID, Selected Partner, Start Date, End Date, Report Type).
3. Enter the email/s that the report will be sent to.
4. Click Submit.

Check your email’s Inbox or Spam folder for the Deliveries PH Helpdesk email.
5. Click the email sent by “helpdesk”.
6. Click Download Report.
7. Your file will now be downloaded as an Excel file.
