Provider Setup

For Deliveries PH Provider Accounts, the Provider Setup feature can help setup your: a) Serviceable Areas for both your Pickup and Delivery operations, b) Products (List of pouches), Rates, and c) Estimated Date/Day(s) for your Pickup and Delivery.
Viewing Provider Setup
To View your Provider Setup:
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Provider Setup.
Products
This is the first section in the Provider Setup where you could input specific product information (Product Name, Product Size, Dimension (in inches), Max. Weight, and Description).To Setup your Product Information:
3. Fill-out the necessary details:
a. Product Name - Enter the Product's name.
b. Product Size - Select Product Sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large).
c. Dimension - Enter the Length, Width, and Height of your product for a particular Product Size (in Inches).
d. Max. Weight - Enter the Maximum Weight for the particular Product Size (in Kilograms).
e. Description - Enter a short description for the particular Product (e.g. small pouch, medium pouch, etc.).
4. Click Save Changes.
Coverage and Rates
This section is where you could view the Locations available for Pickup/Delivery and the Product Information entered in the Products section.Adding a Matrix
To Add a Matrix:
1. Click Add under the location/s that you want to add a matrix into.
Note: Adding information under the Delivery Location Columns will only be limited to its corresponding Pickup Location Column (e.g. NCR-NCR, CAR-CAR, Region 1-columns until Region 1 only, etc.).2. Fill-out necessary fields:
a. Pickup and Delivery (Estimated Pickup Days & Estimated Delivery Days)
b. Products and Pricing (Prices for Product/s)
3. Click Save.
Updating a Matrix
To Update an Existing Matrix:
1. Click an existing matrix, then click Edit.
2. Change necessary fields.
3. Click Save.
Removing a Matrix
To Remove an Existing Matrix:
1. Click Delete on the matrix that you want to Delete.
2. Click Confirm.
Exclusions
This is the last section in the Provider Setup where you could select/deselect Areas that you want to Exclude as your Serviceable Area/s (Pickup or Delivery).
To Choose your Excluded Serviceable Area/s for Pickup/Delivery,:
1. Once an Area is selected, it means that you are excluding it as your Serviceable Area.
2. Click Save Changes.
3. To view your Exclusions Summary, click the tooltip above.
4. Click the dropdown of your Excluded Area/s to have a detailed view of the locations.
