- Added "City of Isabela" in Province PSGC
- When booking, posts with City of Isabela as Province shall proceed and be booked to the preferred courier IF Serviceable.

The following release is the fix done to the existing feature of the application.
1. Invalid pickup/delivery address [HOTFIX] [Ticket No. 1089] [PSGC]
- Fixed Issue: Fixed invalid addresses for 'San Jose' under Iloilo, 'Getafe' and 'President Carlos P. Garcia' under Bohol.
