Where do I view my draft orders?

The Orders page for Deliveries PH Business users/Customers will help to view and finalize imported draft orders before posting to the My Posts page.

Finalize Posts

To Finalize Imported Order Drafts:
1.      Click the Orders icon on the sidebar.

2.      Click a draft post, then click Finalize Post.

3.      You will be redirected to the Add New Post setup.

4.      Follow the Add New Post procedure and it will automatically appear in the My Post page.

Import as Orders

To Import Posts as Orders:
1.      Go to the My Posts page.
2.      Choose the Hub where you want your orders to be placed under the Hubs filter.

3.       Click the Import button beside the Add New Post button.

4.       Select the Service Type (On-Demand or Scheduled).

Note: For On-Demand, you could only select Import as Draft. The Import as Draft is also available for Scheduled service types.

5.      Click Download Template.
6.      Select the downloaded file then fill-out the necessary details.

7.      Click Enable Editing.

8.      Fill-out the necessary columns with an asterisk ( * ).
9.      Click Save (CTRL + S).
10.      Go back to your browser then click Upload.
11.      Select your downloaded file.
12.      Click Open.

13.      Click Save.

14.      Click Confirm. Your file will now be uploaded.

15.      Click the Orders icon in the sidebar to check the Imported Drafts. Jobs imported as draft from the uploaded file will appear here.
