My Partners
Overview
Learn how to INVITE PARTNERS, REMOVE A PARTNER, or BLOCK A PARTNER on Deliveries PH.

Invite a Partner
1. Click Settings.
2. Click My Partners.
3. Look for an available partner user.
Note: Available partners have an “Invite” button.
4. Click Invite.
5. Click Confirm.
6. The invited partner will receive the invite via their DPH email. They would have to click “Accept” to confirm. It looks like this:
Unfavorite a Partner
1. Click Settings.
2. Click My Partners.
3. Look for an invited Partner.
Note: Invited partners have a “Preferred” button.
4. Click Confirm.
Block a Partner
1. Click Settings.
2. Click My Partners.
3. Look for an available partner user.
Note: Available partners have an “Invite” button.
4. Click Block.
5. Click Confirm.
'Auto Accept' Toggle
1. Click Settings.
2. Click My Partners.
3. The ‘Auto Accept’ toggle is located in the upper-right corner of the My Partners page.
Note: Click the toggle to Deactivate or Reactivate it.
Note: Activating the ‘Auto Accept’ toggle will automatically accept assigned jobs.
