How do I reset my Deliveries PH password?

This module provides instructions on how to reset the password of your Deliveries PH Account.

Reset your Password

To Reset the Password of your Deliveries PH Account:

1.      In your Deliveries PH login page, click 'Forgot Password?'.

2.      Enter your registered Email Address.

3.      Click Reset Password.

Note: A toast notification will appear once the 'Reset Password' button is clicked. The toast notification will inform you, the User, to check your registered email address and follow the instructions on how to reset your password.

To Access the Change Password link:

4.      Go to the registered email address of your Deliveries PH Account.

5.      Click the message with "Reset your password for Deliveries PH" as its subject.

6.      Click the link provided inside the message.

Changing Your Password

To Enter your New Deliveries PH Password:

7.      Enter your new password in the New Password field.

8.      Click Save.

9.      Click Continue.

Note: You will now be redirected to the Deliveries PH login page.

10.      Enter your new password.
