Who exactly should print the waybill, the Client (Customer/Business) or the Courier (Partner Provider)?

Who exactly should print the waybill, the Client (Customer/Business) or the Courier (Partner Provider)?

It is recommended that the customer should print the waybill to avoid the wrong parcel to be delivered to the customer especially when booking to scheduled providers.

If the customer is booking to on-demand providers, it is okay not to print the waybill.
